“She was a teacher who genuinely cared about me, not only as a student but also as a person. She always talked to me like a friend, which made me feel comfortable and gave me so many opportunities to speak French without feeling nervous.

Even when I struggled to speak French and couldn’t express myself well, she always tried to understand what I wanted to say. Whenever I made a mistake, she kindly corrected me and helped me improve. Little by little, I feel like she helped me break down the barriers I had around French and made me less afraid of taking on the challenge of learning a new language.

Even outside of school, she was always there for me. When I was struggling to find a job, she helped me create my CV. She also recommended delicious restaurants and introduced me to many new experiences in France.
